Most helpful lesson: Low-Impact Strength Training for Joint Health

I'm 61 with two replaced knees and I was afraid I'd never build real strength again. This course gave me a roadmap that works around my limitations. Six months in and I'm hiking again. The low-impact resistance module is worth the price alone.

Most helpful lesson: Exercise & Hormones: How Movement Changes After 40

Thoughtful and accessible. I loved that the course acknowledges that women's exercise needs shift with hormonal changes. The programming feels designed for real life, not a gym rat. Down two pants sizes and sleeping better.
